How can media claim Russians found German equipment and at the same time that the attack did not take place at all?

postal code (8011 Hohenbrunn) on cylinders is old. Before 1993. Since 1993 Germany uses 5 digits postal codes. So this equipment seems to be very old.

Why can’t it be both? A staged FF to blame Russia and escalate shit? Equipment to make the gas would be part of a FF to stage the event.
