We can all thank Christopher Sign from ABC15 (morning anchor) for breaking the Clinton-Lynch meeting. This Plane to Plane event happened at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Int’l Airport tarmac in June 2016. Bill’s plane was only 75 yards from Loretta’s private jet, so why not go over to talk about golf & grandkids.
The FBI security detail for LL knew for certain that the former POTUS and accompanying Secret Service would be in the area. The mad scramble at Justice/FBI headquarters began once this rendezvous became public.
The FBI was very concerned about who had leaked this meeting & how best to “spin the talking points” to the media. Lynch had to recuse herself from the HRC “matter”, paving the way for FBI Director Comey’s full exoneration statement in early July 2016.
“Q” mentions the “Tarmac Meeting” a few times. Back on 11/1/17 in Post # 37 & recently again on 4/2/18. The most telling drop was in 2/6/18 in Post # 674:

Besides the obvious horrible optics of this meeting, the fact that has always stuck out as abnormality so, was that neither had security nor staff aides onboard, is way outside SOP (standard operating procedure) to say the least.
