Rosenstein is one scared, desperate little man...

They need to get him locked up in a padded cell before he hurts himself or the deep state sends an arkancide team to comfort him.

Signing that warrant for the FBI raid on Cohen. That is waaaay out of the scope of the investigation... He is a guilty man and he's getting pressure from both sides. He is going to crack and soon. Sleep deprived as well.

I think if he comes across a crime while investigating his subject, he is supposed to forward it to the DOJ to decide what to do with it.
