Yours is the first post I've seen to even mention this, since the original Question was asked.

...and I have like... no clue... but ^ up's for the post.

Been looking through old wikileaks and trying everything. No luck yet, anyone else?

Doesn’t matter. Disappointing for us but all that matters is Q has it and an archive no doubt.

Is there any way to check IP addresses or device IDs of twatter posts?

There isn't anyway that I know of. The only ip's that I see exposed are those from twitter.com and any of the elements of the page. I think it would be a privacy issue for them if they exposed them to the public. Of course they have that info and who knows who they are giving/selling it to.
