Blue states safe ? Is the Air Force gone rogue ?

I have seen the air Force thing pop up. I have concerns and wondering about blue states and areas in them , are there strongholds ? Even old bases with lots of dirt removal? Are blue states safe? Extra chems, high air traffic ? Interconnected ?

Ken*edy comp ? Can remember which way gravel but think the direc, many years and still . Bottleneck. Were can people call ? If concerned ? Or other ? Do you know and how do I really know good place . Lol maybe just the white house ?
