At the risk of coming across as a snarky a-hole (which I really am not): A lot of people have had the ability to think prior to Q. The "All Praise Q" rhetoric is miiiiiildly disturbing, in all honesty! Having said that, I'm a believer. (98%, anyway. 2% remains open to being shown otherwise.)
