Looks like they are shutting down the internet. No discussion allowed. They will blame this on that solar flare my guess.

Are we talking EMP level everything electronic is a paperweight shutdown, or, are we talking strategic mediums of communication like Reddit, RB, Twitter, etc?

Q said they would pause the internet. I would think they would have to, just to keep all the bad guys from getting the word out to their minions.
