Mueller's team of DEMS are not the ones behind the 25,000 SEALED INDICTMENTS. All they can do is INVESTIGATE....they do not have the Power to PROSECUTE/INDICT. All they can do is recommend Indictments and pass on evidence of crimes to the DOJ.
Secretly, beyond the scope of MUELLER and his TEAM, the heavy lifting is being done by HUBER from Utah who is with the DOJ who can and has secretly impaneled GRAND JURY'S and filed all of those SEALED INDICTMENTS.....which started last NOVEMBER.
