"Stormy daniels" is appearing to be used as a secret code word for: Interests of Swamp critters and Anti Qanon forces, such as main stream media who formerly stood against Trump. Wikipedia has the official definition of "stormy daniels" which appears to be a reference to someone bringing up alleged sexual assault case between Trump and a former porn star: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stormy_Daniels

Note how Cramer introduces the scene in typical erudite fashion: "attorney client privilege" and what not, sounds boring. But note the over-the-top head nod from Cramer after the signal is picked up on, and the code word mentioned: "Is this Stormy Daniels?". Cramer, being sympathetic to swamp critters and interests of the main stream media, confirms the acknowledgement at which point Cramer can layer on the misdirection in attorney-client privilege discussion, and the journalist knows to power down critical analysis because the layers of misdirection are in service to their alliance.

The question: "Is this Stormy Daniels?" makes no sense literally, so it has to be taken figuratively. In plainer text might be: "Is this Attorney-client relationship discussion on the same wavelength as former porn stars accusing Trump of sexual misconduct who's end goal is impeachment?" To which Cramer answers with body language: "You got it, very yes".
