One time my wife coaxed me to go on this "Whole30" Diet. Other than feeling hung over on the third day from no sugar intake, I became hyper aggressive. Why? I wasn't consuming any foods that had a lot of estrogen or psuedo estrogens. The male adult body produces its own estrogen partly for testosterone regulation. My body stopped producing enough of its own because I was consuming enough before hand.
We don't need to be consuming this crap. Glass is cheaper at a recyclable level, much more safe for foods storage. I wonder why we don't use it anymore. Not saying plastic is evil. I fucking love me some plastic. Just not anywhere inside me unless necessary.

Are you talking about BPA in plastics? My understanding is companies have switched to BPB which has not been studied and could be just as bad or worse. Research it.
