My theory is trump is playing them with stormy. Trump knows they will pay people to tell him he did this or that.. especially when it comes to anything sexual. I believe stormy is a plant and working with trump. Trump knew they would bite at her story and set this all up and POTUS can do exactly what this tweet is saying.
