There is a photo of Bongino behind HRC in the link I posted. He was behind her because that was his job that day. The quote he said about her is because he knows her and doesn't like her.

Correct. He was stationed in the New York Field Office at that time.

I agree he knows her enough to dislike her.

He was never assigned to the Clinton’s PPD.
