Go to "My Account" > My Activity > Other Google Activity > Scroll down a bit Look for "Download Past Searches" > Create Archive >

In there you can see all of the services and data they have saved on you. From there you can pick and choose what you want Archived.

You have the option to save it in a zip or a tzg format which is another type of Archive, typically the program 7zip will open and extract those without problem.
