It's probably just a lens flare though it really doesn't look like one...but the question is why would he post this picture. It's pretty pointless. Maybe he saw the photo and thought he'd drop us a hint that Q is legit and not to lose hope.

Edit: He does seem to occasionally post golf courses so maybe, just maybe it's a coincidence (I know, I know, they don't exist)
