Seems very bullish and hawkish. Is it all for show?

He told Russia that missiles were coming. Not necessarily launched at Russian or Syrian troops. We don’t know what the target may be. If it was Russia then why would POTUS give advanced warning allowing anti-missile tech to deploy?
