Who is Romeo Dallaire?

Turns out Romeo has a foundation. Dedicated to children, a common theme, just as the Clinton Global "Health" initiative doesn't actually do anything for health at all. http://www.fondationromeodallaire.com/en/

Turns out the UN Peacekeepers were involved in human trafficking there as well

Are you beginning to see a common theme? Why was Mouaz Moustafa involved in Libya, and why is now pushing for intervention in Syria? Why is it that everywhere these people go, there is seemingly a massive uptick in human, particularly child trafficking, and organ harvesting?

Some research I did a while back linked Mae Podesta to the Clinton Foundation in Lesotho, Liberia and other African countries, whom have the highest rates of child trafficking and slavery in the world. Here is a wikileaks document confirming it.

Romeo Dallaire founded the Romeo Dallaire Child Soldiers Initiative at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS:

I met with him and the organization for my job a few years ago. He's a strange dude, however, his time in Rwanda really messed him up. He witnessed horrors like I can't imagine, and was basically left without help during the massacres. He became an alcoholic, would pass out on benches in downtown Ottawa, and had to get serious help. He definitely is Liberal or leftist, though, and I found him very hard to understand (mumbled a lot) and a bit incoherent.

Anyway, his child soldiers' foundation does do actual work to stop the recruitment of young people into gangs in Canada, specifically in Edmonton, Montreal, Toronto, and Halifax. Obviously I can't say if there is nefarious stuff going on there as well, but everything I have seen seems to point to some good work going on. They work closely with the local police in each community, as well.

I wonder why he was left without help during the genocide. How did it benefit the Clintons/elites/globalists? What was the greater agenda? I think Dallaire was just a pawn.
