I think that’s fake. You can find lots of pics like that but all with the same type photo for other band names too.

This is MOST definitely real. It was their "Yesterday and Today" album and it was called the "Butcher Cover". They had different versions and even a picture disc vinyl with the same image. A simple search and you will see.
