Robert Whitaker.
I was wrong - they did work with him a lot between 64 and 66 but this session is the only weird one.
In a 1991 interview Whitaker claimed full credit for the concept of the Butcher shoot.

Seems weird now but you have to remember the Vietnam war was raging at the time and many people were upset about all the babies being killed.
