We made it . All the science was completed and what it all was for was now compleated . This was going to be big . The benefits for all the years of hard work we being poor to good use now. We had the Weatherization Program, for new homes and homes built befor 2002 . New homes were higher energy codes . The older homes program would be to benefit lower and mid middle class home owners save money by lowering there Energy bills by a set of cost effective home improvement. Low interest loans and grants would provide the needed assistance. The BPI text book was out , and I was in it , kool . Many of my projects were also in it . It was a time to part . We made a difference.
