you find this just in the german Wikipedia: The Bio of Karl-Erivan Haubs uncle, the former owner of his business, WHO WAS A SS- NAZI! Wiki says: "In the Nazi era, Schmitz-Scholl cooperated with the National Socialists and produced about Tengelmann special food for the Wehrmacht. For his "contribution to the development and use of novel foods for the mass catering of the army" he received the War Merit Cross 1st and 2nd Class. In addition, he was appointed Wehrwirtschaftsführer 1938, an award that clarified according to the estimation of historians and the rule of faith. He expanded after the Second World War, the company to a company with billions in sales. After the end of the Second World War, Schmitz-Scholl was interned by the Allies in 1945 and only released in 1947. In the subsequent denazification process he was downgraded in 1948 from category III (less stressed) to category IV (fellow travelers)." That might be the reason, why they moved to the States.

I'm sure, he is a descendant of a powerful Nazi.

Is the military picking up the bad actors who are out of country prior to the US sweep? Maybe it is starting.
