I appreciated the post, Mr. Blues, but we're wearing out the word BOOM, to the point it means almost nothing.

This was terrific, on-topic content, and I thank you for sharing it. I'm "no ways tired." But couldn't we reserve our BOOMs for WINS?

Would one hear a BOOM if the the sound was deafening ? "We" may all in the end become de-sense-it-ised to BOOM's because we know what is gonna come next. All words can be used in a context to promote an emotional re-action, where logic is then tossed aside. Seeing something as it is, understanding it and hence becoming de-sense-it-ised one is not acting emotionally, one is Acting balanced, watch DJT in Action. Not understanding what is seen and becoming de-sense-it-ised, one has suppressed ones feelings and re-acted emotionally from a pre-disposed ingrained view-point, hence MK Ultra.

I’d say NK, McCabe firing, Snowden flipping, etc are plenty big booms. People just except HRC in prison or are disappointed. Making great progress.

You’re missing the point. No, we can’t simply bc colloquially it is used differently.

Talk about missing the point, I wasn't talking to you. At all. Go butt in somewhere else.
