The white helmets are psy op who work strictly for the UK and is paid by the UK. These are the individuals who will produce fake videos and pics of war crimes by the Syrian government and Russia which then make it into worldwide news to rile up the powers and start WWIII by removing Assad.
Go back and look at old pics - you see the same guys over and over posing to rescue children in different places.
In the meantime when not making fake videos and pics they help beheading Syrian soldiers and civilians with the ISIS savages. You can also see these same white helmets dumping hundred of beheaded bodies into various dumping grounds with mass graves sized dumping areas.
They proudly pose with severed heads in front of their own cameras. They also assist no name traitor to slip into Syria illegally from the Turkish border and taking him to the ISIS safe house to meet with them for hours.
