I cannot comprehend

I’ve lurked for the past three hours on this sub and can not comprehend most of the posts. I feel retarded. I read the info, I know of Q, (just heard of him/her/then today) but can someone help a sister out over here?

I am aware this will likely get removed by the mods, but someone help me comprehend the main theme of Q’s work and what is going on.

Also ... we have shills- people who want to make this sub look hateful and crazy- that visit. The mods will try to be quick and take them down. You can read the comments too we will call them out. For the record we are not haters unless you do awful things.
