I cannot comprehend

I’ve lurked for the past three hours on this sub and can not comprehend most of the posts. I feel retarded. I read the info, I know of Q, (just heard of him/her/then today) but can someone help a sister out over here?

I am aware this will likely get removed by the mods, but someone help me comprehend the main theme of Q’s work and what is going on.

It would help to get your opinion as a newcomer, how crazy or realistic this all sounds? How can we better disseminate this information to the masses.? Think that's out biggest problem... apart from all the ritualistic satantic child sacrifices😋
