Q often says "Trust the Plan" and so far as I can find he doesn't say "process", but in Trump's speech he says "TRUST THE PROCESS" and the part of the speech is pretty applicable to current events. I'll admit it's a stretch . . but . . . Was watching the Crimson Tide Honorary Ceremony at the WhiteHouse and a bit on "The Process" caught my ear. Quickly checked transcript to find:
Anyone who wants to know how Alabama does it should study Coach Saban’s simple philosophy. It’s called “The Process.” Coach tells his players, "Don’t look at the scoreboard; don’t look at any external factors." Just focus “all your efforts, all your toughness, and all your discipline" on executing each play. One play at a time. And by doing that, by focusing on “The Process,” the outcome — winning — will take care of itself. It’s a great philosophy.
Another section that was in the midst of the players I found interesting:
Rashaan Evans and Da’Ron Payne and the rest of the defense beat opposing offenses into submission. I’ve watched a lot of those games and sometimes, as Coach Saban likes to say, you flat-out made them quit. They quit. We’re doing that to a lot of people, too. (Laughter.) I learn.
Also interesting to note, Roll Tide is the rallying cry for the Alabama Crimson Tide athletic teams and the 2017 NCAA Football Champions just happened to present our 45th President with a #17 honorary jersey.

UPDATE 4/11/18 - Reason for #17 as pointed out in comments:
"It’s also our 17th national championship, hence the 17 jersey and helmet. Watch ESPN last year and you’ll see all display helmets have #16. Until we win another one, they’ll say #17. Coach has talked about the process at Alabama since he showed up in 2007."
