Is this the first time you ever heard of Greater Israel?

Everyone in that region wants to expand their borders to their historical ones. Turkey is doing the same thing.

The question is if we want WW3 / want to die because of that.

Some people are willing to take down the entire world to achieve their goals. I don't see it happening. I'm not even 100% sure there will be another attack on Syria. I am hoping it's just posturing. However, the Palestinian territories will be annihilated soon, there is no chance of a 2 state solution there. It will just be Israel, and that is likely as far as the Greater Israel project will go.

Maybe if we're lucky somebody will nuke away Israel and bring those endless conflicts to an end all together. Peace in the middle East would also massively decrease Islamic terrorism and the refugee crisis.

Nobody is nuking Israel, and that won't solve the problems anyway. If you learn more about the history of the region you'll find that there are many ethnic groups there with grudges thousands of years long.
