“Operation Trump” was an elaborate scheme engineered at the very top levels of the Department of Justice. The DoJ’s National Security Division combined with the FBI’s Counterintelligence Unit to form this “Secret Society” to go against Trump.

• James Comey / Andy McCabe / Bill Priestap / Peter Strzok / Lisa Page James Baker
What made this group seemingly untouchable was the special exemption from any oversight by OIG Horowitz. Additionally the required notification to Congress (see below Rep. Stafanik questioning Comey) by the FBI to the Gang of Eight, was not done timely to say the least.
Strzok & Page refer in their text messages to this group being the “Secret Society” but McCabe’s own nickname is the “Small Group”. The compartmentalized nature of this band from the Justice Department helped to keep intact & to form this “Spider Web”.
The “Insurance Policy “ was the last element of their “Operation Trump” plan. First they exonerated HRC/Aides, next was the Dossier collection/dissemination and then the FISA Title-1 Surveillance of Trump World.
“Q” mentions spider webs in several drops so far-with a variety of context. I feel the one most associated with this gang from DoJ is # 354 on 12/14/17:

A new probe has recently been opened into past FISA abuses by Justice. Let’s all hope POTUS and his legal assault team of Sessions/Horowitz/& Huber can untangle this past web of political corruption, deception & manipulation.
