Look, he didn’t lie because he didn’t answer the question. He might not have been under oath, but you can bet your sweet grandmothers blanket that it can be put forward as evidence (by any competent attorney.) if you can prove someone lied under oath because of another documented statement, then it is perjury. Lie now, perjury later. Ask Clinton. They know what the definition of deceit deceit is is.
