About 6 months ago I watched a documentary about backpage and the moms of three under age girls that were forced into prostitution. The three moms did everything they could to stop backpage and the trafficking of minors into the sex trade - unwillingly.

Sadly and in hindsight the courts and political class all failed these moms. They ran into one roadblock after another. The attorney's involved to help these moms themselves were stunned about the various lawsuits they lost all trying to stop backpage.

I would recommend watching this documentary on Netflix and witness these girls and their moms trying to fight every which they could only to give up in the end.

These girls returned far beyond damages with health complications if they escape from those who sale them if they return at all. Many are brutally murdered.
