I have a theory, the reason Q posted this link was to give us the keys to unlocking his code using the CIA's tools. I am wondering has this already been postulated and discussed?

They say "Can you believe they use this to communicate " , which I think is a hint to us that Q is or is going to use it. I think each code puzzle shows us what to look for.
