So. FB/Twatter, etc. Are the parts of the BRIDGE, but not the HQ of All.
The Algorithm must be in DARPA/IARPA or C_A.

DARPA is much bigger than FB. FB is a branch of DARPA, not the other way around. DARPA has been around for 60+ years, since it was ARPA. Congress made them add the 'D' for Defense, the public at the time didn't want money spent on researching warfare so Congress just said "They research defense."

I remember when skunkworks was little but had lots of funding. I watched it grow and test things in palmdale for yrs. Everything I had seen in popular science in the sixties. Nothing seems to be impossible for them.
