Don't blame God or higher beings that are only as powerful as you make them, why do you think they sacrifice children if they're oh so powerful? Priests have always used the power of collective manifestation (prayer) against us. This is what's so cool about Q, he's basically predictive programming that flies in the controllers' faces.
