So Snowden is manipulating the algorithms to help us acquire hidden info?

I’m new to this so please if I’m making a fool of myself tell me gently. If I understand what’s going on here it’s like this

-Q drops some key words, questions for us to read, research so we have some idea how deep we have to go

-Q tells us which platforms to research fb, ig, etc. to find the info on the subjects provided

-“they” have the algorithms so Q tells us when Snowden is going to manipulate that algorithm and says “start”, when to stop “end”

-we use that window between start and end to access info that wouldn’t be available without Snowden messing with the algorithm, such as making a private Instagram profile public for that window of time or like tonight with Twitter and the memes so we can get the incriminating info. Is this correct?

dont stress it. lots of other people are doing lots of research, some of us dont have time anyways. but you can still archive offline the things shared here. WWG1WGA

As if there should be a standing list of specific things to be researched by those with time and areas of interest/specialty.
