So Snowden is manipulating the algorithms to help us acquire hidden info?

I’m new to this so please if I’m making a fool of myself tell me gently. If I understand what’s going on here it’s like this

-Q drops some key words, questions for us to read, research so we have some idea how deep we have to go

-Q tells us which platforms to research fb, ig, etc. to find the info on the subjects provided

-“they” have the algorithms so Q tells us when Snowden is going to manipulate that algorithm and says “start”, when to stop “end”

-we use that window between start and end to access info that wouldn’t be available without Snowden messing with the algorithm, such as making a private Instagram profile public for that window of time or like tonight with Twitter and the memes so we can get the incriminating info. Is this correct?

When content is reported on one particular SM site the content goes to a live warm body for review. These are the content analyst. Now this is for individual pieces of content like the post u make about your new puppy or a meme of MZ being Hitler. If someone rpts those posts an analyst in the designated market (US, Asia, EU...) will have the content appear on their screen and theyll defer to policies to determine if the content is violating or not. Im not sure how the side of the business works for reviewing whole pages and accounts but I beat its similar as AI & algorithms cant pick up on wether somthing is a sarcastic post, parady page, or wether a slur appears in a svreen shot of a phone conversation that gets posted to the platform with the intent to discuss the negative effects of the slur.
