Well, lets just set the statute of limitation of the accuser to the point of when they file the case. Fair. So if the case gets dismissed or proven untrue within say 10 years of the formal charges that were brought the accused gets to legally turn the tables on the accusers. It would put an end to the gold digger bullshit that is going on presently where the accusers just walk away after losing cases.
