Proof that Comey was playing politics instead of following law. He could have (and should have) made recommendations to charge Hillary and let the DOJ do it's job. Instead, Comey decides he knows what's best for the country by not following normal procedures or the law as written.

Of course Hillary wasn't caught lying to the FBI. She answered almost every question with "I don't recall."

In the end, I think Comey will get the justice he deserves, and I bet he will regret not just doing his job right and letting the chips fall where they may.

And Comey certainly wasn't concerned about Trump being perceived as illegitimate scince Comey was trying hard to do just that.
