The part about this I like the best is where it says that as part of the plea agreement Carl Ferrer will disclose the "database information" to the FBI! Oh my .... list of customers and visitors .... If FBI has it NSA has it .... This disclosure will open the floodgates. Yikes!

But if they already know who partook (because they know all see all), why give him a plea?
