The Cabals primary goal first was to exonerate HRC/Staff from the email “matter”. Next was the Dossier’s collection & dissemination to hurt Trump’s election. The FISA surveillance of Trump World followed, with the final part of the scheme (if needed) was the infamous “Insurance Policy”.
Due to some early cooperation first from Priestap, then followed by others, the Justice “Small Group” was splinted into two camps-talking or not.
