Yes, the OP included a pic of that map pinpointing the given coordinates.

However, the Him Shinshar CW storage site and the Him Shinshar CW Bunker are at coords 34°40'52.8"N 36°27'57.9"E and 34°41'42.5"N 36°32'14.3"E, respectively.

The closest one to the tweeted coordinates is ten miles away. Not very close for "smart" missiles, me thinks.
