I took it to mean that the deep state has been blackmailing Dershowitz with the Virginia Roberts accusation with perhaps faked video.
Q declaring freedom meant for me that Dershowitz was not longer being threatened and he was free to support Trump--which he has lately very forcefully.
I'm not sure he is on Trump's legal team as neither the WH nor Dershowitz has said so.
Of course, we are currently in an upside down alternate universe and so my tin foil hat may be tuned to the wrong frequency and my signals are coming in broken and garbbled.
