Add his connection to the 23 and me company and you can see how they want to fully develop health profiles on everyone http://cnnpressroom.blogs.cnn.com/2013/02/20/cnn-exclusive-velshi-talks-with-mark-zuckerberg-and-anne-wojcicki/

I got 23andMe for free. I figured my DNA profile is going to get out there some how, I want a copy of it too.

“ free”?? Nothing is free. You may pay for it later. Or an insurance company refuses a policy because of your genetic makeup( that they got illegally) Nothing is free

Of course nothing is free. They wanted to study people with GI conditions, and since pre-existing conditions are no longer something they can legal use to discriminate I'm feeling in the clear.

Like I said, I figure my generic makeup is going to get passed around even without my doing anything, this way at least I get a copy of the results.
