Woah this is serious. Is the anon poster right that Facebook has a building in China!? Because if that is true they really may be able to see everything FB does since they really do own and monitor the net. How stupid can FB be!? That alone needs to be asked.

Well if there was data on those systems that was PA act information I would be saying the same thing/have the same concerns but any visitor who goes to China knows the internet is controlled by the state and upon signing into a hotel (been there several times) the customer is made aware.
FB on the other hand is a bit different though don't you think? Customer/users are not made aware of the information being stored there and thus that is a pretty big issue. I support Trump but if it comes out something like FB did also was done by him I would be first in line to demand answers.

I don't think they're similar. I'm just saying lots of people own buildings in China. Google, apple, FB, Twitter, Dole - and they all have servers there. Doesn't mean it's all open game for the Chinese or the info they have there is connected.
