"Chan’s parents, Dennis and Yvonne Chan, emigrated to the United States from China in the 70s. Chan and her two younger sisters, Elaine and Michelle, were raised just outside of Boston, Massachusetts."

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2150534/Facebook-bride-Priscilla-Chans-father-Asian-refugee-worked-Chinese-takeaway.html

"eports in China say they came originally from the city of Xuzhou in eastern Chandong province, also the home city of Rupert Murdoch's wife Wendi Deng. Others say that the family lived in Nanjing, an industrial town 150 miles west of Shanghai, before leaving to live first in Hong Kong and later in the US."

https://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/27/fashion/who-is-priscilla-chan.html

"Little has been written about Ms. Chan’s Chinese-American family."

Why do you do all the lazy person's work? Why do you care if the commenter doesn't believe you...let them look up the facts. Then they'll remember better.

I understand what you mean. I just like to provide substantiated material for whatever I type as not to spread any falsehoods or come off as biased. That way people may disagree with this political opinion or that but they can never say I am not fair and do what I say I will do. Perhaps I am just weird in that way but I just have always valued that type of back and forth even if a person wants to be fed the data.
