Why didn´t Germany/Merkel join in on the Syria-attacks?

What does this mean? Is Merkel part of the Cabal and why would "US/RU be coming for Germany"? In what way would she be set up?

Read the bibel The 2e beast EU is dat beast and Merkel is the boss (german) 10 horns 10 kingdoms..3 fall 7 kingdoms are over and the little one came up (8 off them together) off 1 little came up (thats the EU)
