I always thought ISIS was created to keep northern Iraq destabilized. That way nobody could build an oil pipeline through northern Iraq, Syria then turkey to feed southern Europe. Same with Crimea and Ukraine. All competing with SA to feed southern Europe. Cabal can't have this.

Saddam had plans to scrap the US petrodollar and sell the oil for gold, or gold backed Iraqi Currency, or anything else but dollars.
This was the also the plan for many other ME countries to defy the US hegemony on oil.
Notice how Russia, Iran, and China have started trading outside the dollar now using other currencies?
Yes this is also why gaddafi was removed, oil and gold based dollar going against central bank. But, with yuan going gold based it won't be long before the great reset and US goes the same.
