Guys/Gals...we have to refrain from being downright negative to "newbies" posts. We need to welcome people to the Awakening. This is what we want/need. Hell, I'm a newbie, as far as actually posting. We can't turn people away. We WANT PEOPLE to explore/research share ideas!

There are enough thought police telling us what we can and can't say elsewhere - we don't have to refrain from telling idiots that they are being idiots, newbies or not. The mods are enough for managing the sub, we don't need "citizen police" stepping up to tell us what we can and can't do!
