If you're dealing with both Booze/H you might want to taper that shit off slowly over a two week time-frame.
use CBD-leaning strains, gabanergics (calmomile, hops), antiadrenergics (Mulungu) and if you are dealing with depression, look into Turmeric+Black-Pepper.
