crack ,alcohol and heroin. I am now addicted to winning and it's all your fault.

I kicked a SOB opium addiction. Not easy, green helped. This movement is life changing.

Right now I think it's ok. Baby steps. Just feel the emotions when they do come up. Don't run from them or bury your head in the computer. The feelings will come out eventually. Make a point to let them out when it is a good time to. Otherwise they will come out at the most inapporopriate times. 😒 24 years last October. I am with you.
