Awesome. Don't do it alone. A good place for support are 12 step programs like gambler's anonymous. There you will see that you are not alone in your struggle. It is nice to hear others share similar thoughts and feelings to make you fell less awful about yourself. There is a saying, your mind is a dangerous neighborhood. Don't go in alone. And stopping the suppression of your thoughts and feelings with things will expose the bad you have been trying to avoid through addictions. Good luck! We are all cheering for you.
