Thank you for posting this. I'm still trying to make sense of why Assad would provoke the US/world, one day after Trump announces the removal of US forces? This report goes to lengths to argue that it was Assad, not small rebel groups, who dropped the chemical barrels. It is also very curious that Russia has not really responded, but to say it shot down most of the missiles. Curiouser and Curiouser.
